Return Policy

We offer 30 Day Return on our products. Returns must be authorized by RMA thru Email. Your package will be lost without this RMA number on Package. Returns Accepted only thru Email.

Brand New Items : No returns accepted If the item is opened. If you return the new items we will charge a Re-stocking Fee of 20% and shipping and handling charges are non refundable. New items must be returned in the same original condition within 7 business days. You must first obtain RMA number to authorize return within 7 business days. Without RMA number returns will not be accepted. Item must be returned with delivery confirmation and traceable shipping and buyer should pay return shipping with insurance. Buyer is responsible for Items lost in the mail. Refund will be processed in 10 days after item is received. Most of the new items comes with 1 year warranty from manufacturer.

Warranty Coverage on battery:
We offer 1 year warranty on laptop battery from the date of purchase. During this period if your battery dies just send us email with your order information. We will issue authorization number. Return the defective battery back to us with copy of receipt for replacement. You are eligible for only 1 replacement during warranty period. We only issue replacement if your battery dies or takes less than 5 Min charge.
Battery is a consumable. Its charge keep going down when time passes. Battery comes with pro-rated warranty only. Here is an example how the warranty works on battery. No refunds offered. Only replacements.

battery failed You return the battery to us and We replace with new battery You return battery to us. Plus pay $8.99 re-shipping charge and we send new battery you get a pro-rated credit = (cost of battery / 12 months ) x number of months

Example: Cost of battery $50.00

Amount of credit for each month = $50/12 $4.17

used 7 months (7 x $4.17 = $29.17) -$29.17

Credit towards replacement of battery ($50 - $29.16 = 20.83) $20.83

shipping charge for replacement $8.99

You pay this to get new battery Total $29.82

Also when returning the battery for replacement include a nominial shipping charge to return new battery. Also please make sure you do not remove any stickers or serial numbers on the battery. Removing will void the warranty. If you do not follow these guidelines we do not issue replacement. We advise you not to return the battery without prior authorization.Buyer must pay re-shipping charge for all returns.

All other Products - Warranty:
We offer replacement for all computer accessories and parts both new and used. if these items are defective notify us by email for replacement. All items we sell carry our identification. In order to receive the warranty replacement, First send us an email and get authorization and follow instructions to return, then you must return the product you purchased from us along with the copy of receipt and the defective product. Without the copy of receipt we do not honor replacement. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of replacement. We must receive the same item we sent.If the purchase date is beyond 6 months a prorated discount would be applied to the replacement.
Note: You must provide the copy of invoice to be eligible for any returns or replacements.Without the purchase receipt we cannot honor your request and we are not responsible for the lost packages.
